We know what it is like to start a practice. There comes a time when you have enough clients that you want your own space, but you don’t have enough clients to justify a full time lease. Having been there, we wanted to provide clinicians a professional launchpad. A high quality office space that is warm and welcoming while also providing the flexibility you need to build a practice.

We have built several successful therapy practices. We took that expertise and also created a business consulting company where we have helped small business leaders reach their goals.

We can now offer the support to others that we wish we had when we first started. As part of the rental, you can take advantage of a free Practice Success Coaching Session. We will meet with you and help answer questions, outline strategies and provide the encouragement that is so important when becoming an entrepreneur.

Hourly rental price: $25/hour
One complimentary 30-minute consultation after 5 rental hours
Discounted Practice Success Coaching Rate with additional rental hours

Half Day Office Rental

Half Day Office Rental: $100/hour
One complimentary 30-minute consultation after initial booking.
Discounted Practice Success Coaching Rate with additional rental hours

Full Day Office Rental

Full Day (8 hours) rental price: $175 - discounted hourly rate $21.88!)
One complimentary 30-minute consultation after initial booking
