The new normal is not so new anymore. It has been 6 months since the pandemic began and many things that seemed unusual are now the norm. In talking with our clients and colleagues, it’s been interesting to hear what they’ve learned from the experience. In a nutshell, here are some snippets of their hard earned wisdom:
You always have choices (you may not like the choices, but they are there).
Bigger isn’t always better.
The right person in the right job is essential to success.
Just because an action is possible, may not mean it’s the best choice.
You can do more with less.
Loyalty shows itself when times are tough.

Challenging times teaches you a lot about how to lead.
